Local operation
Screenshot Action Inbox works locally. The app creates no account and sends AVG LLC none of your images, recognized text, labels, reminders, or usage data.
Import and recognition
You explicitly choose images through the system photo picker. A private copy is stored in the app’s protected space for offline text recognition, search, and organization. Recognition runs on the device using Apple Vision on iOS or ML Kit on Android.
Reminders and third parties
Reminders are local notifications. Their content stays generic and does not include text from your screenshots. This version uses no ads, analytics, tracking, advertising identifier, or cloud service.
Deletion
You can remove a screenshot from the inbox or delete all local data from settings. These actions delete the app’s copies and indexes but never originals in your photo library.
Export
A voluntary JSON export contains organization metadata and recognized text without images or private file paths. You choose its destination through the system share sheet.
